Policies

The rules of the hive.

Short, plain, and enforced. These are the operating rules behind every page — written for the demonstration site and carried into launch.

Evidence policy

  • Every tag shows its meaning, source, exact quotation, date, and freshness
  • “Unknown” is a complete answer — we never infer what the evidence doesn't support
  • Historical records are labeled as history, never as promises about a current role
  • Expired evidence is downgraded visibly; expired listings leave search automatically

Correction policy

  • Every card and profile carries a correction route
  • Reports are acknowledged and reviewed against evidence
  • Corrections are logged visibly — the correction history is part of the record
  • Unsafe or clearly false content is suppressed promptly pending review

Find the listing, then correct it there

Source policy

  • Only authorized sources: employer submissions, contractual feeds, and sources where access and republication are permitted
  • Where republication isn't permitted, we cite and link — never copy
  • Scraping prohibited platforms is never used as a source

What never appears

  • Identity documents, biometric templates, Social Security numbers, background-check reports
  • Candidate scores, fit scores, or any ranking of people by inferred suitability
  • Automated determinations of legal eligibility, hiring decisions, or immigration outcomes
  • Listings without a real opportunity behind them, or without a required expiry date
  • Paid placement that alters trust status — promotion and verification stay separate

Outcome disclaimer

Neohivez shows what the evidence supports. It never promises a job, an interview, a booking, sponsorship, or any immigration outcome. Tags describe opportunities and evidence — they never score people.
